Our mission at 4-R Services is to provide you, your family and your guest with a pleasant and worry-free arrival here on the Big Island of Hawaii.

You will have a cheerful, responsible and punctual person caring for your home as if it were their own.  Our concierge services will insure that every thing is ready for your arrival.  We are  licensed, bonded and insured. So that we can take care of all your home improvement and renovation needs as well.

Estate care

For your home’s exterior, 4-R Services will provide maintenance and keep a watchful eye on your irrigation system, plants, landscaping, pools, gutters,windows, screens and lighting fixtures.

Interior Care

Your home’s interior will receive complete walk-throughs.  We will maintain your plants, ventilate the closets and remove moisture collection bags if applicable.  We will replace baking soda boxes in your refrigerators and freezers if necessary.  Your home’s plumbing will be checked to ensure that there is no sewer gas feedback and that the washing machines and hot water heaters are turned off.  We will cycle the dishwasher once a month and empty all the trash receptacles.  All of your home’s light fixtures will be tested.

Transportation Services

Our Concierge Services. A 4-R Services concierge will air out your home before you arrive.  We will set up and clean your outdoor furniture and make sure your house is clean.  We will:  change/launder sheets and towels, grocery shop, clean your car and garage, clean all exterior windows, clean front entry walkway and door, have your automobiles detailed and serviced if requested.  We will pick up, fill with gas, and deliver your auto to the airport or provide curbside service and provide flowers and greeting cards as requested.  We will make sure your home is closed and secure after your departure.
